- Pricing

- Payment
We require a deposit before work begins on your project. The deposit will be specified in the estimate and is non-refundable. We accept payment by check or electronic transfer. Payment is due in full upon completion of the project.
- Changes to the Project Scope
If you would like to make changes to the scope of the project after work has begun, we will provide you with an updated estimate for the additional work. We will not begin any additional work until we receive your approval of the updated estimate.
- Delays
We will make every effort to complete your project on time. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or changes to the project scope. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to minimize their impact on the project timeline.
- Warranties
We offer a one-year warranty on all workmanship and materials. If any issues arise during this time, we will work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
- Liability
We carry liability insurance to protect our clients and our workers in the event of accidents or injuries on the job site. We also require all subcontractors to carry their own liability insurance.
- Permits
We will obtain all necessary permits for your project and ensure that all work is completed in compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Termination
Either party may terminate the contract at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. If you terminate the contract, you will be responsible for paying for any work completed up to that point.
- Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we will work with you to reach a resolution through negotiation and mediation. If we are unable to resolve the dispute in this manner, we may pursue legal action.
- Confidentiality
We will keep all information related to your project confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your consent.
- Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of all intellectual property related to our work, including designs, plans, and other materials. We grant you a license to use this intellectual property solely for the purpose of completing your project.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of our services or your breach of these terms and conditions.
